Our office runs RENEW Toronto conference every Fall on (Christ the King weekend) and supports our University Chaplaincies in retreat and event planning.
Regional Unification
We've launched Spiritus Ministry in 6 regions to promote collaboration across ministries at the Toronto regional level.
Parish Resourcing
We offer consulting, networking, training, guest-speaking and ministry planning to help you build a sustainable young adult ministry.
Regional Communities
Join one of our young adult collectives across the Archdiocese of Toronto. We welcome and invite all young adults from our local parishes in 6 regions of our archdiocese. Join us to encounter, love and serve the Lord!
Inspiritus Monthly Newsletter

The Spiritus East Ministry has had a vital role in my faith formation as a young adult.
